That’s where poor farms came in. A li...

Private equity firms have graduated and are buying up surrounding areas, PLUS small farms and businesses. Just look at what is known as Purchase Loans.
How many apps were submitted for the now closed VHIP 2.0 program? I was told only 72. That is unacceptable. There was a significant lack of outreach...especially to the BIPOC community.
It absolutely is within our control. The programs that are available to do this are being coopted and unnecessary barriers being applied. Too much is going to admin costs rather than producing actual housing. This should not be allowed to continue happening.
Why is Vermont not asking for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) funds? Banks have a financial obligation to contribute to the wellbeing of the communities they are extracting wealth from.

Miranda, I’ve been watching you for years, love & share what I’ve learned. Now I have scoliosis & wonder if you address that in your videos &/or your website? Many thanks!
well, that was a blast from the past. Crazy seeing how far, and yet at the same time, not so far, we've come.

She got it at early age. Most base decisions on financial rewards. She followed a path of interest and enjoys using what she learned. Always best to enjoy your vocational choice. Far too many clock watchers unhappily flipping calendars until retirement. The future wins when we look inside to discover ourselves.
I appreciate that he shared what is work day is like.
Lucy Worsley is not only interesting and knowledgeable, she is also VERY wise.

So much love for all of you.Rachaels' amazing range and power turns the whole song into pure emotion, passion and convection. Perfect!

Sucks that it took nearly a century!
I am sure this is meaningful to those that relate but as a Latino, it sounds like a gimmick to get sales. Breathe is breathe and we need to stop putting color on things.
